It's been perfect through close to 4000 rounds now. 7-25 yards at the range and you'd be surprised how easy it is to be accurate with. It also carries like a dream though some folks think the grip is a little long, but IMHO that's what makes it so shootable.

I've also put some trigger time behind the Ruger 9s and it's a great pistol also. I haven't spent any time with the XDS 9, but I've shot the 45 version a bunch and it's also a fine gun. The glock...well for me at the shop it just didn't feel good like the other glocks, nor did it point as well.

You really can't go wrong with any of the single stacks on your list.

I will give honorable mention Taurus G2 (for 12+1) I've been carrying one of these for the past several months since my work requires me to leave it behind in my car at the hospital.

It's been 100% (along with 3 others that I know of) with about 1500 rounds down the pipe so far. At 230 bucks OTD it's a great option for a double stack that's almost the same size as my Shield but just a tad thicker. If you can manage to trust your life to a Taurus.
