I worked in two DC public high schools and the dealers were 1 block from the school every day at 3 pm, smoking it up and selling to middle and hs students openly. Gangs form to defend the drug dealing turf with guns and tragic consequences. Some hs students see gang mj sales as a good way to earn a living and drop out of school. R's should get a clue and stop blocking legalization.
