It is hoping to keep everything down to a dull roar so that they can claim some bullshit "middle ground" of course, "for the kids", in the hopes of blocking MMJ legislation.

Don't get me wrong - I am ALL for kids who need CBD oil getting it. No question. But this does not address the research being blocked on OTHER uses of the plant. If anything, it kicks the can even further down the road.
