What's for Dinner, Mon., April 21, 2025 [View all]

Mediterranean salad with Italian vinaigrette. Black & green olives, parmesan & provolone cheese cubes, red onion, cherry tomatoes, Genoa salami strips, artichokes.

Toasted ciabatta roll with olive oil butter.

I might start on cabbage rolls later tonight, but they're for tomorrow.

Chocolate mocha ice cream for dessert, along with decaf.
