6. Miso-maple sheet pan chicken with brussel sprouts

a New York Times recipe, not including a link because we found it rather "meh". Had it with farro, and strawberries, lightly sugared, for dessert. The strawberries were the best part.

I didn't post last night, but we had a nice supper of sauteed cabbage, onions, potatoes and turkey sausage. No recipe because I just winged it.
