However, I often want to cook on the grill in the cold of winter, so I checked Co-pilot:

You can use a grill even in freezing temperatures, as long as safety precautions are taken. However, grilling in colder weather requires a bit more effort. The grill will need more time and fuel to reach and maintain the desired temperature, as cold air can sap heat quickly.
As a general guideline, people often grill successfully down to temperatures around 20°F (-6°C). Below that, it becomes increasingly difficult, but it's still possible with the right setup and determination. Wind and snow are often more problematic than just cold air, as they can make it harder for the grill to stay hot.

But it doesn't sound like a very efficient way to cook something. Ratz.
