Parmela Creamery cheeses were pretty good, cashews were the main ingredients, but Wegman’s stopped selling their stuff for some reason. Trader Joe’s shredded parmesan is good as well as Violife cheddar slices and shredded mozzarella. Imitation cheeses are getting better but I limit the use of these foods as well. Never liked Daiya brand cheeses but some of their other products, like their Key Lime cheesecake is very tasty.

I know it's not the same as fresh, but I do keep on hand dehydrated onion chips and they seem to last a long time.

I do like the chicken cutlets, but never noticed them getting intimate (your spell checker has a sense of humor!)

I like Follow your heart Parmesan. For occasional grill cheese I like Fieldroast Chao Original creamy.

I don't really do much dairy, except for making milk kefir for medicinal purposes.
