4. I thought they were difficult

Mine didn't come out so well. It was a long time ago and I have never made them again. I think I decided they were too much work.

TJ's has frozen scallion pancakes at a reasonable price. You do have to follow their heating directions carefully, though, or they don't come out like they should.
