I made mac n cheese the other day and a friend said they made mac cheese shepherds pie! I couldn’t stop thinking about it so got 5lbs russets and the Macncheese shepherds pie is in the oven!

Peeled the whole bag and also made potato leek soup and curried potatoes and peas.
NJ we must be channeling because last time I made curry potatoes you recommended keeping naan in the freezer. It is there!
And will be ready to warm up when I eat the curry potatoes this weekend. Have plenty of all I have made for several meals.

Gonna take the bulk of the soup to the bar for sharing at happy hour with the peeps. They will be so surprised and the weather is perfect for it! Rainy Seattle today.
