4. Take out BBQ

We’re at my mother-in-law’s in Virginia and I don’t care for her cooking! My wife and I ordered out.

I had a half rack of BBQ pork ribs, two skewers of grilled chicken breast meat and six grilled Hawaiian shrimp. It came with a mound of fried onion strings and a large bowl of Cole slaw. Ice cold local lager.

It was a ton of food. It was tenderly delicious.

I’m lying in bed waiting for my stomach to question my dinner choices.
