about my lentil and bell pepper salad with lemon-orange dressing, so of course I had to have that for breakfast. Sprinkled the salad with toasted sunflower seeds.

I made toast from "everything" skinny bread and put chipotle mayo on it.

Sweet 'n Spicy tea.

Callalily, your Belgium waffles are a stunner!
