Lakeside picnic today [View all]
My retired nephew and his wife are travelling the country and are camping at a lake about an hour away. They are living the dream 
And worked for every bit of their current leisure.
I made some garlic/cream cheese pinwheels. Some are vegetarian, some have shrimp.
I made a sweet, low-carb cream cheese dip, to serve with lemon cookies and graham crackers.
Looking forward to having a (I hope) quiet day of sun and water
