cay...tea double boiled. I don't much like meat, but I have been known to follow up a swordfish steak...this was on the bosphorus, so it was probably very fresh... with a second swordfish steak for dessert!!! I'm not kidding!!! I don't like desserts that are too sweet, so that lets out baklava. Ouzo, yuck...no licorice!!! There are some Turkish cooks on YouTube, but I'd ignore the potato, pasta based dishes.
