It's exactly what I would have suspected after they ruled that abortion laws should be up to the states.
Whether some states enact laws that are excessively, dangerously, unreasonably strict is of no concern to Sammy, Clarence, and the other conservajustices. In their view, states like Idaho are just exercising their rights, and if they make some women's lives a living hell in the process, c'est la vie.
