murdered her 2 daughters, Hope Orwick who killed her 2 kids and herself, the drive by shooting of Dequante Hobbs, Jr., age 7, Cody Bates who killed his 3 month old, and Darrell Ditto who murdered a 6 year old. All of these have happened in their immediate area in 2017.

But of course, these victims were born, living, breathing, totally conscience beings.
