She could have died, along with her already dead fetus.

This is typical of the circumstances in late term abortions. Invariably it involves extreme circumstances. The need for an abortion at this late stage is never a frivolous decision. ALL abortions should be up to the morher. Period.

But I am sure Her Drumpf was pleased. A woman got punished--in the most sadistic, cruel way.
