Delete them from your mental vocabulary, if possible. The fact is nobody knows what might have happened had actions been different, nobody knows, so don’t go down that rabbit hole. It’s never good and it’s magical thinking. I had to really work hard on not thinking that way after my boyfriend died suddenly.
