Mine is comfortable for us seniors, padded seat and back, grab bars to the side to steady yourself. Not expensive but you have to be able to put it together or, like us, have someone who is handy do it. I started slowly and have worked up to20 minutes twice a day. Took Saturday off when I was super busy out of the house but goal is achievable most days. It gets my heart rate up a bit and is wonderful for my arthritic knees! It was reasonably priced and I got free shipping.
