I can do it at home watching YouTube instructions. Luckily my episodes are much less frequent these days. When I first got one years ago, we rushed to the ER. I had a terrible panic attack with it, thinking I was dying. The ER doctor taught me the Epley. Now I just shrug and say, "Those pesky inner ear crystals are cavorting again," and do the maneuver. It's not fun though.
