7. I did find a bit of comical relief today.

we met with the auctioneer to sell Mrs K Dads' home. Signed the contract,, it is Ron Ramsey Auctioneer.. yes THAT poitical Rom Ramsey from Tn, he went to high school with Mrs K. And while he and I walked through Mrs K's Dads home again,, I kept saying,,,how does it feel to work for a Democrat? Honestly,, he was very cool about it and we verbally jabbed, laughed and never fought. I know he is getting paid to do this,,but he gave Mrs K a very,,,actually, beyond very reasonable rate to help her. 10% on all,,he advertises, he sells, he cleans that home,,and he told me, I'll even take your jabs and not raise the percentage....Sometimes,life make you smile
