For sure, there are things for COPD that help immensely,I have it and use spiriva, my wife also has it both long term smokers... it is spendy but get it through Canada a whole lot cheaper...

Only other thing I can say at this time is "Go To A Meeting" talk to people they will help,you can make it ...
