But got away from it. Thanks for reminding me about it.

Yeah sexism, spouse abuse and the abuse by the filthy-rich are up front and center. Some really awful people are portrayed with a lot of gratuitous violence. But then all the Fargos lavished in the violence in almost comical ways.
