Seconded! I loooove BlueHost. Never had a problem, my site is never down, and when I did something really incredibly stupid and had to contact customer service to tell them the stupid thing, and then they told me the incredibly simple answer any moron would have figured out, they were totally nice about it and didn't at all give me the sense that they were rolling their eyes and snickering at me at the other end of the line. They even said, when I apologized for being such a stupe, that it was totally common and I shouldn't feel bad at all.

here are other companies people talk about. my husband uses godaddy for his clients. i am going to do my best to convince him to use other companies. the man that runs the company is slime. they need to lose money.
