2. Don't they have any respite care and services for autism over that way?

There are so many holes in this story, pieces that are missing. It looks like the victim waited 20 some odd years to come forward, and she probably needs and has not gotten some social services, like PTSD counselling and treatment.

The excuse for suspending his sentence is that the autistic children need care that the father provides.

Haven't they heard of ankle bracelets over there? He could do his duty to his children and not be left free to roam and molest others...?
