No books at all is far better than the possibility of books a parent might disapprove of.

Back in the mid 1980s, when living in Phoenix, AZ, I took at least two of my kid's babysitters to the local library and got them library cards. I also cheerfully signed the thing that allowed them to check out any and all adult books.
