I'm presently at a gig in Palm Springs. As I was walking my pup through the local gayborhood last week, one rather oversized and shoddy looking "dually" pickup was parked among the surrounding fashionable euro-mobiles sticking out like the proverbial sore thumb, right down to it's obligatory "let's go Brandon" bumpersticker.
The driver got into this pickup, started the engine that promptly backfired loudly upon engaging it's drive away.
There couldn't have been a more ironic exit.
