You don’t need an investigation to know that such a thing simply isn’t possible at the moment -just common sense. They will rape the people they can -and have (which is bad enough!). But there simply aren’t enough hostages or colonized Israeli territory to “mass rape” in the thousands. Unless by “mass rape” you mean “rape”?

Again, those are two different things and clarification would be needed to understand what is intended by whoever is making the accusation.
