1. I don't disagree and it would be surprising to learn Hamas hasn't considered and planned for this.

Flooding is a time tested offensive move against a tunnel network. I believe it was used extensively in Vietnam and several other conflicts.

Israel would be stupid to not consider it. Hamas would be stupid to not see it coming from day 1.
