needs to
1) annex all of the WB, and give everyone there Israeli citizenship, and all the rights that gives.
2) the preferred option, leave all of the WB, except for Jerusalem, unilaterally. Let the PA figure out the rest. Abbas is a highly corrupt official, who hasn't allowed elections since 2005-06. He, and Arafat before him, have stolen billions from the PA. Let Abbas figure out what to do with the WB. My guess is he will continue to steal money, and let the WB fester.
