Where I live in central northern Arizona, each household usually sees two or three scorpions a year, usually in June or July (just prior to or during the early part of monsoon). But this year my first scorpion sighting occurred in late March or very early April (master bathroom where people are often barefoot). But none since. I didn't draw any major conclusions from this other than to note that it is pretty unusual to see a scorpion that early around here.
