Our increase came after a 3 day strike.

Administration press release (First Day): "We can handle this with substitutes."

Second day, kids began acting out. Bored. No teaching going on.

Third day. Kids began throwing books and desktop computers out of second and third floor windows.

Day 4. Strike over, 32% increase over 3 years ratified.
