1. Every other day a sell-off, sandwiched between rebounds

It's that tax selling time of year. Though I do notice speculative secondary stocks - those without earnings and with heavy debt and no foreseeable upside - continue to plummet. In the early 1970s the Nifty Fifty behaved like tech stocks, 2002. So when speculation ends, speculation ends. And we're in for years of progress and relapse on the inflation front.

Worse than that, innovation is dead for consumer goods. EV's and solar energy are the only hope.
