as the men. But in the donor services department that was about 80% women, three out of four supervisors were men. In all fairness, it could have been even, because the woman that a lot of us thought should have and would have been promoted wasn't interested. That's how it happens a lot of the time. I'd say you have at least one guy clearly making more than he deserves because he's a guy.
