I recently purchased a refurbished DELL and it seemed to be working fine. All of a sudden [View all]

the pointer is going off on its own and I am perplexed. I have checked for malware and have found nothing. Avast was installed and I've gotten rid of most of that. Any ideas on what is causing the pointer to be so crazy? Even have a new "mouse"....
