My lg screened Mac with 10.6.8 no longer has sound nor Preview and gawd knows what else is screwed up. I bought this last year and it is a lg screened sucker and has already been in the shop last year replacing many significant parts. Then they would not replace it when it messed up again. They said take it in but my mom died and my dad went into the hospital so have not any time to drive this huge idiot nearly 45 minutes away in the opposite direction to get it repaired.
Is there anything I can do to fix this awful machine temporally to get back sound and Preview?
This is the first time I have hated my machine. Ever!
