I went down to the 'Problems' section but found nothing. I don't have anything like that going on. Read what it says it does and if you're comfortable with that activity, I'd say just go with it. Probably has a pre-set schedule for 'cleaning' your computer of infection, or it may have found something it reads as a virus. It shouldn't cost anything, you already paid.
