In praise of Parallels' customer support [View all]
I still look back fondly on WordPerfect when they were independent and located in Orem, Utah. You could call them for phone support and they never asked if you were a legal user. They just answered you question with competence and good humor.
The closest to that today is Parallels. I have had two issues with one of Parallels and in both cases they not only supported me, but spent, literally, almost two hours on the phone doing a screen sharing.
I don't know if you need a way to run Windows on your Mac, but if you do, consider them.
