It's a combination of issues. As a former AT&T customer our personal info is out there. We were informed vis snail mail. And as sbcglobal is old, I received an email telling me to sign into the new Yahoo app - currently.att.yahoo on May 4th. I did this after checking to see if it was legit. Im still not convinced it is. After that I couldn't get back into my email. I could see in sent items 136 of my contacts were told I had a broken femur and needed money. So it was shut down until last week. But it still doesn't work properly. No new mail since May 6. There is an account with my name attached to hotmail that I didn't create.

I did my best to alert friends and began using the Gmail account I've had for about 12 years. But I'm not keen on it. Still hoping for a way to retrieve my old address and receive email.
