2. Here's two not-so-easy suggestions.

1) Create a Gmail account. Use that from now on as your main mail account. Have all your Yahoo mail forwarded to that Gmail account. Gmail will filter the spam.

2) Use a client email manager like Thunderbird to access your Yahoo mail. T-bird has spam filtering.
