6. I am confused. Outlook is already an email addy...

She probably has an @outlook.com addtess already, or can get one. Whether she does or not, Outlook will handle her email.

I have both gmail and yahoo. Gmail seems a little more stable, but that's because yahoo has more security hoops to go through. But I use Thunderbird to consolidate four email accounts.

Makes me crazy that email doesn't have something simple like the Post Office for forwarding mail
