Need help with suspicious Google "recover access" request. [View all]

Should I be worried? There’s a text message on my phone from last night, “Did you ask Google to recover access for suhib_alkhalaileh@yah. . ..com? If not, check your email to find out how to STOP this request.”

I received no such email, but need to know how to ensure that access was not given to this unknown entity.
