3. I don't want to suck you into a tutorial, but here's a question.

I found the game bar easily, per your instructions. I recorded a youtube video 4 times (4 tabs). But when I went to the capture files, they were png files. That is, static images. I'm guessing the problem is that when I click "record" I get a message to the effect that "Sorry, this PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements for...." The icon for "capture" is a plain old camera. I just wanted to check that I'm out of luck. True?
