2. On Windows: gaming options

It's the gaming options. The video result is called a "capture".

If you research "game bar" "windows 10" you will get what you need.

Default to start the gaming options is Windows + G if you want a look and try it.

Cautions:

- Try it out a few times -- once I somehow set it to not record sound and I was sorry!

- Watch out for time limits. Somehow mine closes down after 1 hour, but I have not researched to see if I can modify.
