5. If you are getting the HDCP error (copy protection) then either your ROKU is probably not HDCP 2.2

or maybe your TV isn't or if you are using a AV receiver [using hdmi (arc)]. I have noticed that I usually have seen it on commercials. It will appear then usually goes away until the next commercial, etc. If this is your error then more than likely it is the content provider causing the error because they are using the HDCP 2.2--I would check your TV, Roku model, and maybe the AV receiver if applicable and see what level of HDCP each supports. There are devices that will mask this for you if it is a major problem.
