7. We had to battle them just to get any internet.

They claimed they could no connect over 200 feet to our house.

Its 190 feet - used laser measuring tool to check their claim. Should have been simple and fast to install normal net cables.

They insisted we had to pretend to be a business - a home office they said.

Then they insisted on putting in a telegraph pole. 6 guys digging into rock with hand tools. I had to lend them my jackhammer.

This all took 3 months to finally install a modem.

We had to sign a 2 year contract.

We had no choice as we need fast internet. Dish based net was slow and really expensive for extra Gbs

Despite their "guarantee" about speeds we still had drop outs and freezes.

They are a despicable rip off company.
