The crash may be because the update was installed after the drivers.

Try removing both, then installing the update, then the video drivers. It may work.

Don't forget to yell a lot, though. That seems to help.

I uninstalled the latest NVIDIA drivers and installed older drivers, did a manual install, still got pstokely Aug 2019 #4
