1. I did some quick research - it may be video drivers

A few threads suggest video drivers plus this update may be the culprit. If you can get to safe mode, I would suggest uninstalling this update and your video card drivers. Then reboot and install the update again, reboot, then reinstall your video card drivers.

Otherwise, one person said a reinstall of windows solved it.

Posting the dump files o answers.microsoft.com may also get you some help.
