Very liberal licensing. But, it has its quirks and crashes.

I have never used this tagging feature.

Before reinstalling PSP, be sure to completely uninstall it. Wipe it completely from the machine. Manually delete the user and data directories if necessary.

If it was a "clean" install, with a freshly formatted drive, it should be enough. earthshine Sep 2018 #3
