6. One has to pay for the rights to use a song whether through BMI or ASCAP

It depends on a lot of things - how the song will be used, where it will be played, how often and so on. Whether it's played live or recorded, one has to pay BMI or ASCAP to use a published song. Even club owners pay a fee if the band they hire covers published tunes.

Apparently Lake is a 'wannabe' just like her idol & hero, the disgraced, twice-impeached, corrupt, lying, cowardly, loser ex-president, trump. No wonder he is a "billionaire" he never pays for the things or the people he uses.

Apparently Lake wants to go down that same orange road.
