1. 538 does not have one African American candidate winning outright

And only one winning in a runoff. This is disturbing. If any of the AfAm candidates win outright that could mean allegations of fraud. Mandela Barnes is the LtGov of Wisconsin. Cheri Beasley won stateside as chief of NC Supreme Court.
